Ok. So the food was really good, and the portions large. BUT it was nothing but chaos as soon a you walked in the door. The roped partitions were confusing. It made it look like there were two lines, but there were not. Then, you order on a kiosk, which could have been a little more user friendly, but I got through it. Then, we stood in a line for the register, but we weren't sure if we needed to since we paid at the kiosk. After waiting a prolonged amount of time, I had my daughter go to the food window to see if our food was ready. Which it was, and we had not made it past the register yet! So, we just skipped that part, since we already paid. But, as I said before, the taste of the food was great!

I’m not too sure why they have so many negative reviews. For starters, their location is in an amusement park. They can not dish out fresh food every minute. Especially with their location being available on the Dinner Plan for Carowinds. The portions you receive are very big. More then enough for two people. The ordering system is also very simple. You scan your gold pass and it applies your dinner plan pass. Pick your items (you have two options with the Dinner Pass) and then you receive a ticket. Unless you buy a drink or something extra, you just sit or stand and wait for your number to be called. I love the original cheesesteak sandwich and their fries are to die for. I always make sure to order extra cheese sauce because that stuff is DELICIOUS. This is probably my favorite place to get food from in the whole park. I definitely recommend it to those with or without the dinner pass.

This is amusement park food. The Philly cheese steak was bland, no peppers, onions or mushrooms and a small amount of meat. It was okay, but not great. The fries were also okay, but not memorable. Overall it was good but I would have liked something a little better.

Hands down the best fries & cheese you can get. A bit pricey but what isnt when you visit a place like Carowinds. Definitely worth checking out.

The prices are consistent with theme park food prices but it's the first time I've ever bought a sandwich that was bigger than it looked in the picture.
